Correct use of company and host client equipment

Employees / contractors will use the company and the host client’s equipment with due care and for business purposes only. (Email / Phone / Fax / Computers)

Conflict of Interest

It is the policy of the company that no employee / contractor, shall have any direct or indirect interest in, or represent or undertake any act for a competing concern of Flexitech Group or its clients unless the interest, service or representation is disclosed and approved in accordance with this policy.

All employees / contractors will conduct themselves with the highest standards of integrity, honesty and fair dealing to preclude conflicts between their personal interest and that of Flexitech Group and their clients.

Confidentiality

Whilst undertaking projects for Flexitech Group and its clients, upon access to information, standards and specifications applicable to the project, employee / contractor shall endeavor to treat all materials as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and only use it for the work specified.  When in my possession, I shall ensure its safekeeping.   I shall neither during the performance of the work nor after completion thereof, without Flexitech Group and its clients prior written consent, publish, divulge to any third party or otherwise, any information, photographs or other data obtained for the purpose of or as a result of the project.

Software Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

I recognise that all rights in the Software program and in the updates and the releases thereto (including all intellectual property rights, whether such rights are in the nature of copyright or otherwise) are vested in the Licensor and I shall not do any act or thing which is inconsistent with such rights.

In particular, I shall not pass any information about the Software program to any person, firm or company and, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, to any computer services, company or bureau, Software house, or consultant and shall not duplicate or copy or permit to be duplicated or copied any part of the Software program or any documentation.
