What we do
Flexitech provides permanent and contract HR and recruitment solutions to the automotive, aircraft and associated manufacturing industries.
We are an independent, wholly Australian owned company dedicated to the recruitment and placement of Designers, Engineers, Technologists (CAD/CAM/CAE) and other technical professionals.
Being focussed on a specialist area of recruitment, we have in-depth knowledge of the roles, skills and abilities. We have developed an understanding of the clients’ cultures, personnel profile and people fit. We are equally focussed on the needs of our contractors and support them to perform effectively in their workplaces.

Flexitech Community
It feels good to give back to the community and Flexitech actively supports our community. Staff and contractors supply and serve the Christmas meal at Wesley Mission every year.
We have major scholarship grants offered to Monash University top students.
We sponsor the Automotive Designers’ night.
We also take part in the annual Round the Bay bike event, raising money for the Smith Family charity.
